For the authentication procedure, the works must be delivered to the Archive offices at

VIA AURELIO SAFFI 23 – Milano (intercom 41 if the porter’s lodge is closed, from 09:30 to 10:30
Return is expected between 17:30 and 18:30.

For the authentication procedure are requested three 18×24 cm photos of the front of the work, one photo of the back and one digital image (300 dpi).
Any documentation relating to the work will arouse the interest of the Scientific Committee and it is therefore recommended that it be enclosed with the work.

• The cost of archiving an oil painting is €600,00.
• The cost of archiving a pastel is €300,00.
• The cost of archiving a drawing or an ink drawing is €180,00.
